Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He started in 2007. He is the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is driven to train the future generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is also the author of numerous online pieces. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
